Youth Wellness Hubs

Imagine being young, between 15 and 25, feeling so overwhelmed that it’s hard to get through the day.

You might feel like no one understands or know where to find help.

The thought of asking might even be scary or embarrassing.

Youth Wellness Hubs in Ontario are here for moments just like these.

These hubs give a safe space for young people to walk in, share their feelings, and get support.

They offer tools and help for mental health and addiction problems.

This allows youth to find their strength, do well in school, work, and hang out with friends just like before.
